What is your philosophy of massage?

My philosophy of massage centers around the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Recognizing that these components are independent, I believe true healing involves addressing each aspect, creating a holistic approach to well-being.  I specialize in working with clients seeking healing through massage, particularly athletes aiming to enhance their performance.  My focus is on optimizing physical well-being to support and elevate their athletic capabilities.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who is dedicated to their athletic pursuits and recognizes the value of massage in optimizing performance and supporting overall well-being.  I enjoy working with individuals committed to achieving their athletic goals and prioritizing self-care through therapeutic massage.

What is your favorite client testimonial?  "Your Hands are Magic!"

Deja, Licensed Massage Therapist

Schedule: Third Ward (Tuesdays-Saturdays) 10-8

I have noticed that a lot of people store unmanaged trauma or stress in their bodies. This would show up in the body in many ways and I believe massage will aid in healing the mind and body. That is what I dedicate myself to in this industry. Whether it's the traumas of life or surgery, I want to be able to assist those in need. My favorite client testimonial is when I was told I have relieved areas that they didn't even know bothered them.

Matt, Licensed Massage Therapist

Schedule: Wauwatosa: Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 2 PM - 7 PM.  Acupuncture appointments available soon in Wauwatosa.

What is your philosophy of massage?

I believe in looking at the body as a whole. It's important to be aware of how the mental, emotional and energetic parts of us can effect and be effected by our physical body. Every body is different and it's important to create a custom healing design for each client wherever they are on their journey to their healthiest self.

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is one who is honest and dedicated to reaching their healthiest self, however that looks for them. As a therapist it's my job to help facilitate the clients own ability to reach their goals.

What is your favorite client testimonials?

Many of my clients claim I have magic hands or say that they feel they finally found someone who will listen to them and answer any kind of question big or small without judgement.I am so happy to be a beacon of hope for all those who need it.

What is your philosophy of massage?

My massage style pairs deeply satisfying relaxation with the natural relief of the stress, tension, and pain we all carry in our bodies.  This focus allows clients to let go and melt into the space where healing occurs.  Rather than viewing our time together as an opportunity for me to “fix” anything, I see it as my job to guide a client toward being their own healer. Our bodies have a natural inclination towards balance- sometimes we just need to show them the way!

Who is your ideal client?

Women's health is a huge passion of mine, so I love to work with prenatal/postpartum clients (and parents in general). It's also really exciting to work with people who didn't think they'd be able to receive massage (due to a medical condition, particular sensitivity, age, etc). I truly believe that massage is for everyone, so we get creative and find a way to make it happen!

What is your favorite client testimonial?

From a Reiki client: " I was feeling so heavy and emotional with all that is going on in this world. I left my session feeling lighter and feeling like I could deal with my emotions better."

Alex's Favorite Testimonial:

My favorite thing to hear from clients is "wow." That has meant a lot of different things for different people, but at its core it sounds to me like relief.

Languages: English

Schedule:

Wauwatosa- Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Philosophy of Massage:

I believe that bodywork is essential to maintaining function and joy in our bodies at every stage of life. Apart from the many physical benefits, one of the most valuable things regular massage can offer clients is a deeper awareness of their bodies as they move through everyday life. Self-care is not a luxury but a necessity that should be accessible to every person.

Bethany's Ideal Client:

Somebody in need of deep tissue, clients with chronic tension

Bethany's Favorite Client Testimonial:

"Bethany worked wonders on me!  Between regular exercise, sitting at a desk too long and spraining my knee, my body was screaming for help.  I woke up the next day never feeling so good after my massage."
