Online booking notes:
1. Online bookings are requests pending availability confirmation. Prepayment is required for booking with INFINITYMKE. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is nonrefundable.
2. Massage pricing is based on time, with therapists offering various modalities. Specialized sessions like LYMPHATIC massage or prenatal massages have separate pricing. Specify unique medical conditions or preferences during booking.
3. Confirmed bookings require a credit card on file. Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will incur full charges.
4. Gift certificates cannot be booked online. Call two weeks in advance to book.
5. Book appointments under the attendee's name. Incorrect payment information leads to unconfirmed appointments. Contact us if you don't receive a confirmation.
Team Infinity includes a variety of massage practitioners with various specialties. We are thrilled to provide recommendations for a particular practitioner by calling 414-231-9326. We have several massage therapists who are accepting new clients at this time. Based on demand, there are periods when our practitioners may not be accepting new clients. If you have a specific request for a practitioner that cannot be met online, you may call 414-231-9326 to inquire.

Scheduling Your Service:
A credit card is required to schedule all services at Infinity Massage and Bodywork. Please give 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid full charges
Massage Etiquette:
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete paperwork or prepare for your treatment
Cancellation Policy:
Please provide 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount. Late arrivals will not extend service time.
Children/Guests:
For the relaxation of all clients, please do not bring children or guests to your appointments.
Age Requirements:
Minimum age is 16 years. Guests aged 16-18 must be accompanied by an adult and sign a waiver.
Accepted Forms of Payment:
Exact Cash, Major Credit Cards (fee applies), Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle. Tips are preferred in cash or Venmo.
Gratuities:
Gratuity is not included; customary is between 15-20% of the service price.
Gift Certificates:
Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance cannot be rescheduled. Recipients have 6 months to use the certificate.
Massage Conduct:
Inappropriate behavior results in termination of the session. Illicit remarks or being under the influence will lead to immediate termination and payment liability.
